[[ Slow Saturday ]]

It's the weekend and it's another day away from the island. I just realised that February's an MC month for me. All in all, I've been away on medical leave for 7 days! ---- 6 days by the hospital and 1 given by the polyclinic. *sigh*

At times I worry about losing my job because of my health issues but again, it helps that they know because then I no longer have to fake feeling 100% when I'm not.
*sigh*
Perhaps at present, I'm just going through a difficult period..you know like a roadbump or something. Owell......I guess we'll just see how long more it'll take for me to outwit, outlast and outplay on this island. .Hah.
These pink & blue dolphins are super-duper cute!
Place its lips close to one another and the next thing you'll hear is a smooching sound followed by "I love you" from the pink dolphin!
In the office, I got Boon Hui to hold these dolphins up just so I could have the SENTOSA FLOWERS 2007 as a background.
...heheh...thanks...
After work, it was a rush to school and of course, it was another fun session in class. We were given a task each and had 20 minutes before conducting it to everyone!
From then on, I had butterflies in my tummy.
...Come on farah, b.r.e.a.t.h.e...

We were told to use the various kinds of methologies when we're language teaching. After my turn was done, I was given a pat on the back from my teacher and she said, "Bravo, feh-rah!"..

Now coming that from her meant alot to me.
So where did those butterflies go to?
Well, they seemed to have fluttered away almost instantly.

I had Task #3:

I've to admit that when I read out my task, I thought it was a piece of cake but it wasn't (obviously!) because of the minimal amount of time we were given to prepare.

I used the Direct Method, Cognitive Code, Communicative Approach, the TPR and the Immersion Method.

(Yes, so many methologies used just to carry out "I'm a Little Teapot")

It was a greater challenge when they began asking questions because that's when I've to think and give a reasonable answer on the spot! Phew!
After class:

Farah loves angbaos.

Farah loves MacDee.

Farah loves MAC.

Simply said, Farah loves surprises.
[ You really know how to pamper me, don't cha? ]
Thank You...
*winks*

Orchard Road was still awake even after midnight!

My 1st Japanese movie:

Passed the tickets to the usherette at the entrance and it was funny when she greeted us with a "Good Morning, had breakfast yet?"

I had a look at my watch and ah.....yes of course, it was the 0020h movie that we were catching!

Baron Nishi:

"Do what is right because it is right"

- "Letters from Iwo Jima" was originally titled "Red Sun, Black Sand"

- to prepare himself for this role, Ken Watanabe read actual letters of Imperial Japanese Army Gen. Tadamichi Kuribayashi to his family.

This is not the end.
This is not even the beginning of the end.
It is, instead, the end of the beginning..
