[[ And I so can't believe this! ]]

It's Tuesday and just like any other days since I've been on "vacation", my life has been pretty mundane. Literally. And it got me thinking that if this goes on any further, I'm just going to find myself having a psychological disorder - - - BOREDOM.

But...BUT all that changed when I received a phonecall just a while ago.

From whom???

THE NEW PAPER!!!

Yes!!!!

And they called me for this:

THAT'S RIGHT, PEOPLE IN THE BLOGOSPHERE!!

The owner of http://her-current-history.blogspot.com has been selected by THE NEW PAPER to experience ice climbing at South East Asia's first ice climbing wall right here in Singapore!!

And I feel so lucky to know that I'm one of the 40 successful participants selected for this event!!!!

It'll be this coming Saturday and yes, you have my word:

I WILL SHARE THE EXPERIENCE WITH YOU.

Heheh....WOWness, huh??!?

Yes...and I'm super-duper thrilled!

Apart from this, another piece of GREAT news is when I received a letter.

And it says:

"...we accept your.....and agree to waive your notice period."

Syukur Alhamdulillah.

What a relief!!

And I thought I had to pay like what? $200?? $800?? or maybe $1000 to the company??

Now that I needn't pay for the penalty and what nots, I can now focus on paying for my medical bills like the lab tests, treadmill exercise ECG tests and the list goes on..

Yeah..it's going to cost a bomb but looking at it, I believe it'll be alright.

And it helps that I had my Abah saying this to me just a few days ago:

"We'll make it through. We just need to take things one step at a time"

Now that, coming from a father to his daughter, sounded so analeptic. I feel so blessed.
