From my "event organiser":
--- I just arrive at orchard. Making my way to far east now. reached there already?

--- You go up get seats for us first. I'll try to blindfold her. Once you get the seat, you tell me.

At this time, it was obvious that the clock was ticking towards the 7pm deadline. Henceforth, the next best thing to do was a sprint towards PARTY WITH US!

Browsed through the catalogues for a good 15-minute and FINALLY managed to find something GREEN. While I was waiting for helium to inflate the balloons, I spotted a silver plated tiara inscribed with "Happy Birthday"....and I thought - why not?

Of course, my "event organiser" gets a surprise gift as well...

Unlike shooting fish in a barrel, it's no easy task to be dressed in your Baju Kebaya+heels, parading along Orchard Road with not one, but TWO gas balloons. Oh gosh, the looks you get from the public is what I would quite simply put it as nostalgic.
But of course, it was all worth it for this 18-year old Lurve!
Stayed with the girls for a while at Cahaya,

then it was back to PowerWalking for Hari Raya..

"Better late then never" --- the food however, was REALLY good.
