[[ And what's an Asian drink like? ]]

I just wanted to make a quick trip into this particular supermarket to grab a bottle of water when I chanced upon this:
First thing I went was "huh?"....Next thing I did was going straight down the alley to check just how 'Asian' are these Asian drinks. Now this will be interesting, I thought.
Browsed through the brands and my conclusion?
Honestly, I don't get it.
Really.
I mean, what's with the segregation?
Out of sheer curiosity, I went looking for a signage that might say,
"Western Packet Drinks"
"Western Bottled Drinks"
"Western Canned Drinks"
Obviously, no such signages existed in this supermarket.
So.....
Why can't these items just be put under one simple category and have it called
"Drinks"?

Yes,
Yeo's. Pink Dolphin. JusTea. F&N SEASONS. DrinHo. ('Asian drinks' as to what they're categorised as) to happily go along with Coca Cola, 7-Up and Pepsi. Possible, isn't it?

Just like the international school I've been brought up in, this supermarket perhaps should make their items mingle with one another as well. Take the current Olympics for example. During the opening ceremony, were the flags lined up such that "Asian" countries were at one end and the"Western" ones put at the
other?
No.
Ok fine, it's true these items aren't "humans" so they've no feelings nor have to care whatsoever on where their positions should be on the shelves, but still....

Now there'll be those who'd shrug their shoulders and go, "so what?"..well, here's my answer - I'm merely making my views known.
And you can have yours too.
So you tell me.

This is not the end.
This is not even the beginning of the end.
It is, instead, the end of the beginning..
